노재욱 동문님 사진전 소식

노재욱 동문님의 사진전을 4월 한달동안 Northbrook Public Library 에서 전시하고 있습니다.
시가 곁들인, 삶속의 nature 를 찍은 노재욱 동문님의 사진들은
저희가 일상 보면서도 인식하지 못하고 지나치는 자연의 아름다움을 저희에게 보여 주고 있습니다.

지난 4월 2일 전시회 Reception에 오신분들에게 보내는 노재욱 동문님의 인사말씀을 복사하여 올렸습니다.

모두들 안녕하십니까?

지난 밤 천둥 번개를 동반한 소나기가 오드니 아침에 밝은 해가 돋아오르고 공기도 청량할뿐 아니라 촉촉한 땅에서는 새로운 싹들이 돋아 나와 자연의 너그러움을 새쌈 느끼게됩니다.

지난 2 일 금요일 본인의 사진과 영시를동반한 전시회를 위한 Reception 에 많은 분이 참석해주시고 아름다운 화환들도 보내주셔서 본인으로서 과한 영광임에 무한한 감사를 드림니다. 그리고 많은 분이 물심양면으로 도움을 주셨기에 Reception 을 성황리에 마칠수있었음니다.

사정상 참석못하신 분들게도 감사를 드리며 전시회는 4월 한달 계속됨으로 어느때나 시간 여유가있으면 관람할수있음을 알려드림니다.

바깥에는 봄색깔이 연연해 우리들 마음을 다사롭게해 새삼스럽게 Mother Nature에 감사하게됩니다.

본인이 이런 감사한 마음을 표현한 시한편을 계재함니다.

What Spring Bliss Is

When I hear gentle rubbing sounds of apple tree twigs
Shaken by the spring breeze
Sprouting tiny green buds on them
I know what spring bliss is
That nature can offer for me.

When I see tiny brush buds on Magnolia tree branches
Soaked by an April shower
Flushing with pink tint
I know what spring bliss is
That nature can provide for me.

When I see smiling pink flower blossoms
Fluttering in the spring drizzle
Expelling gentle fragrance
I know what spring bliss is
That nature can render for me.

When I smell April fragrance
Blown with warm shimmering air waves
Stirring people's mind
I know what spring bliss is
That nature can graciously grant to me.

The nature can embrace me with snugness, softness, and comfort
Making me fall in infinity of mother nature's gracious generosity.
I feel I am truly blessed
Because I can perceive all the spring bliss
Whatever form they present.
